What this site knows about you, and what it publishes.

Visitors. This site does not track you. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no cookies used to identify anyone. The only measurement is aggregate, non-identifiable analytics — page counts, not people.

Messages. Anything sent through the contact form is never published. An email address, if you leave one, is used only to reply.

The records. Records obtained under R.C. 149.43 are published in full. Before publication, this site may redact the names and personal details of private citizens — addresses, phone numbers, and similar identifying information — where publishing them would do more harm than good. Redactions made by this site are noted as the site's own and are never presented as the agency's.

What a redaction here does not do. It removes nothing from the public record. The unredacted documents remain public records held by the agency that produced them, and anyone may request them directly from that agency under Ohio law.
